Job description

As Technical Service & Repair specialist, your main goal is to ensure the optimal rental quality of our AV equipment. You work on both regular maintenance and complex repair projects across various AV equipment types.

Your daily tasks include:

• Conducting regular maintenance of the equipment;
• Identifying and resolving complex repair issues in the equipment;
• Preparing materials for rental use, but also customizing materials for clients and supporting the development of new items;
• Help educate new employees and coach others in order to transfer knowledge;
• Administrative tasks such as damage reports.

What we expect from you:

• You have a technical/vocational college level degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Sound & Vision / AV Specialist / AV production or a similar technical training;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair and modification of AV equipment;
• You are familiar with relevant legislation such as NEN, ISO and ARBO;
• You strive for perfection, are flexible, independent, good at stress management and you have a sense of responsibility;
• Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
